AMI calls on mortgage and protection advisers to share views in annual survey

The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) has launched its annual Protection Viewpoint survey for the sixth consecutive year, inviting mortgage and protection advisers across the UK to take part.

The short, anonymous survey is open to all advisers, regardless of AMI membership, and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Responses will feed directly into this year’s AMI Protection Viewpoint report, helping to ensure it reflects the day-to-day realities of advice work and informs the resources AMI develops to support both firms and advisers.

Adviser feedback will also be analysed alongside consumer research, highlighting any gaps in perception between the two groups.

Both sets of findings will be unveiled at a launch event on 5th November, supported by sponsors Legal & General, Royal London and The Exeter.

AMI will use the event to outline the implications for adviser practice and firm-level support.

Stacy Penn, head of policy at AMI, said: “I’m delighted that AMI is running its adviser survey for the sixth year.

“Adviser feedback plays a crucial role in our research, particularly as it’s reviewed alongside the consumer survey findings to highlight any gaps or differences in perspectives. The more advisers who take part, the richer our insight will be.

“We encourage all mortgage or protection advisers to spare a few moments to contribute. The survey will remain open until 29th August. Thank you for the support.”
