Helical, a real estate business focused on central London development, has appointed Martina Malone as an independent non-executive director, effective from 1st September 2025.
Malone was formerly global head of capital raising at Prologis, a logistics real estate company.
She brings over 30 years’ experience in finance, banking and real estate, having worked at JER Partners, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and HypoVereinsbank.
Richard Cotton, independent non-executive chairman of the board at Helical, said: “I would like to welcome Martina Malone as a Non-Executive Director and look forward to working with her.
