Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries has added three team members to its Broker Assist team, expanding support for brokers across the mortgage application process.
Kim Dyson has been promoted to senior broker assist after more than six years with the Society.
She joined in 2019 as a mortgage services assistant before moving into the completions team in 2024.
Her roles have included customer service and process management, giving her experience across the intermediary journey. Dyson is joined by broker assist officers Nicolle Cross and Dawid Jankowski.
The team works directly with brokers from initial conversations through to underwriting, clarifying criteria, timelines and key dates to prevent delays.
Responsibilities include monitoring missing documents or credit concerns, arranging Open Banking links, handling application fee payments and gathering broker feedback to help refine services.
The appointments follow four recent promotions within Hinckley & Rugby’s sales and distribution team, with Lizzie Atkins becoming sales team manager, Sophie Hancock and Lauren Bayliss taking new business development roles, and Robin Thira appointed telephone business development manager.
Laura Sneddon, head of mortgage sales and distribution at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, said: “The Broker Assist Team plays a crucial role in making sure applications progress smoothly and brokers feel supported at every stage.
“Kim, Nicolle and Dawid each bring a mix of experience and enthusiasm that will strengthen our service further.
“Whether it’s spotting potential issues early, streamlining application steps, or providing a consistent point of contact, their work will help us continue to deliver the kind of personal, knowledgeable support that brokers rely on.”
