Lomond has completed its sixth London acquisition with the purchase of Putney-based lettings specialist agency, Glenthorne Properties.
With a 38-year history embedded in the market of London’s south west, Glenthorne was established and helmed by owner and director Stephen Giddings.
Specialising in lettings allowed the business to distinguish itself by establishing long-term client relationships.
Set to be consolidated into Lomond’s London flagship brand, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Giddings plans to take a step back from the property world after handing over the reins.
John Ennis, chief revenue officer at Lomond, said: “The long, shared histories of these two businesses, that have evolved as local market specialists since their establishment decades ago, make KFH a natural home for Glenthorne and its clients’ next phase of life, and we look forward to incorporating them in the coming weeks”
