Precise, part of OSB Group, is celebrating the first anniversary of its broker mobile app.
The the app’s key objective was to provide registered brokers with a number of time saving features to ensure they had access to the most up to date case information.
Now a year on, the app has been accessed over 4,000 times with over 70% of users receiving push notifications.
The specialist lending brand has also seen a pattern of users out of hours and over weekends, helping brokers access case updates at a time that suits them.
One broker said they “love the real time updates, push notifications and keeping updated without hassle of calling in” with another broker finding real value in “getting quick updates or checking criteria on the go very easily”.
Jon Hall, group managing director, mortgages and savings at OSB Group, said: “We are delighted with the results and feedback since the launch of our app, it’s great to hear how much of a time-saver the app has been for brokers.
“In Q1 this year, the best ever performance for bridging case completions was recorded1. This is echoed in our own findings with a higher percentage of brokers using the app for bridging case updates – really showing its worth with the most time critical cases.”
