Vico Homes has appointed Dr Sarah Cooper as strategic director of people and culture, following the retirement of Tracy Tallant.
She brings experience from different sectors and has led large scale cultural change programmes.
In her role, Cooper will lead people strategy, support leadership development and help make sure Vico Homes has the right talent and culture to support growth.
Cooper will start in September 2025.
Tallant has retired after more than 20 years, having played a key part in developing the people-first approach at Vico Homes.
Cooper said: “Vico Homes is doing something special – ambitious about homes and ambitious about people.
“I’m really looking forward to joining the team and helping create the kind of culture where everyone has the chance to do their best work.”
