Acre makes several enhancements to client portal

Acre has unveiled a major refresh of its client portal, introducing new tools designed to help brokers guide clients smoothly from first contact through to completion and beyond.

The upgraded portal, developed alongside Acre’s new referral functionality, is intended to become a comprehensive personal financial hub where clients can manage their wider financial wellbeing.

Key updates include a multi-case and property dashboard that lets homeowners track several applications at once, detailed property reports incorporating Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings and local broadband speeds, and clearer secure messaging with improved conversation threads.

A new health fact-find function allows clients to share medical and lifestyle information securely, supporting more tailored protection advice.

The portal also integrates a homebuyer’s checklist covering conveyancing, wills and surveys, and features a simplified but secure login system using risk profiling.

Acre said the enhancements will allow brokers to deliver better advice and open up additional services, while giving clients more insight and control over their home purchase and ownership.

Justus Brown, CEO of Acre, said: “Homebuying and ownership is about so much more than a mortgage. It is about home insurance, protection, energy costs, legal services and so much more.

“Acre’s next-generation client portal is another step in our vision of providing clients with a personalised financial hub where they can immediately access information that helps them secure cheaper energy bills, better premiums and other home related services while delivering greater broker efficiency and stronger client engagement now.”
