Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham will deliver the keynote address at Propertymark’s Manchester regional conference on 16th September 2025.
The event will look at progress in local housing and the part property agents can play in the Good Landlord Charter.
Burnham is set to take part in the session ‘Your housing priorities for Greater Manchester’ from 12.15pm to 12.45pm.
Other industry speakers include Christian Balshen, director of agency partnerships at Rightmove, Alex Jeffrey, partner at Bright Solicitors, and James Munro, head of the national trading standards and estate letting agency team.
