Countrywide Surveying Services celebrates 100% pass rate for new trainee surveyors

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has achieved a 100% pass rate for its latest group of academy trainees, with all 10 successfully completing their AssocRICS assessments.

The milestone means the CSS Training Academy is now nearing 500 graduates since its inception.

The new surveyors will continue their professional development under the guidance of mentors and trainers.

CSS said the achievement reflects the strength of its training programme, which recruits individuals from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds to bring diverse skills and perspectives into the profession.

Sarah Chalmers-Stevens, head of professional development at CSS, has overseen the development of the academy and supported trainees alongside her personal development team and field mentors.

CSS said her leadership has been central to the academy’s progress and reputation in the sector.

Matthew Cumber, managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Our Training Academy continues to be a hugely successful initiative and one that we are immensely proud of.

“Achieving yet another 100% pass rate represents a fantastic achievement and is testament to the outstanding training and support network provided by the team.

“With nearly 500 graduates to date, the Academy is not only building careers but helping to secure the long-term future of the surveying sector for years to come.”
