Cowgills advised Strategic Property Management, a commercial property management business, on its sale to Roger Hannah, a property consultancy in the North West.
The deal will see Strategic Property Management’s property management services transfer to Roger Hannah, increasing capacity and expertise in that area.
Strategic Property Management’s existing clients will continue to receive services from their current team, who will move over as part of the transaction.
Phil Spark, co-owner of Strategic Property Management and the team will join Roger Hannah, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
Darryl Lee, co-owner of Strategic Property Management will return to Roger Hannah as a consultant, nearly 40 years after starting his career there.
