Cushman & Wakefield hires valuation specialists to boost UK living team

Cushman & Wakefield has hired residential valuation specialists Beth Hill (pictured, left) and Paul Winstanley (pictured, right) as partners in its living business. 

Both join from JLL and will be based in the Leeds and London offices.

Winstanley spent seven years at JLL in the UK and New Zealand, holding senior roles including head of residential strategic advisory UK. 

Before that, he was a partner in the residential valuation team at Allsop LLP for nine years. 

Hill also worked at JLL as a director in the residential strategic advisory team and before that, was at Allsop LLP in the residential valuation team.

At Cushman & Wakefield, they will advise institutional funds, pension funds, REITs, property companies, developers and corporate occupiers.
