AML in transition: understanding the latest regulatory risks and expectations, aims to update property professionals on the latest anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory changes released by HMRC over summer.
Hosted by Stephen Williamson, lead AML consultant at FCS Compliance, the 45-minute webinar will take place at 11.00am on Thursday 18th September.
The areas covered by the webinar will include the key findings from the 2025 National Risk Assessment and what they mean for businesses, the changes the Government is planning to the Money Laundering Regulations, how the risk landscape is shifting and what to expect from HMRC in light of the proposed reforms.
