Finspire Finance has provided a £130,000 refurbishment loan to Merling Care Homes, which operates residential and nursing homes in Staines, Surrey and Barton on Sea, Hampshire.
The loan will go towards upgrades across both sites, including better resident spaces, new amenities and updated safety measures.
This will help Merling Care Homes keep its focus on providing person-centred care in comfortable surroundings.
