Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF) has bolstered its team with the appointment of Asim Shirwani (pictured) as managing director.
Shirwani brings over two decades’ experience of both mainstream and specialist lending in bridging and short-term loan arena, most recently at Cynergy Bank, where he served as director of bridging finance and oversaw its expansion into the short-term lending market.
Prior to this he held senior positions at Lendhub, LendInvest and Metro Bank.
In his new role, Shirwani will focus on growing HREF’s presence across London and the South East.
