Julian Chun, RHP group’s executive director of investment & compliance, has joined the board of Sage Homes.
Chun will sit on the customer and assets committee.
He brings close to 30 years of experience in social housing and asset management, having led service improvements for a range of providers across the UK.
Chun is also a non-executive director and chair of the development and assets committee at Croydon Churches Housing Association.
Chun said: “Sage Homes has a very high-quality portfolio and I am excited to support them on their asset management journey, to continue delivering excellent and sustainable homes to customers.”
