Knowledge Bank has partnered with the Specialist Finance Academy to help brokers manage the challenges in the specialist lending market.
The partnership means brokers will get education from the Academy’s training and resources, along with support from Knowledge Bank’s mortgage criteria search platform.
Through the collaboration, brokers can use Knowledge Bank tools such as Notify, which alerts users to changes in lending criteria.
The system also lets brokers connect with lenders they may not have a business development manager or account manager for, making it easier to get answers and work with more lenders.
Academy members will get exclusive training and direct access to the Knowledge Bank team.
This will help them understand lender criteria across areas like bridging, development, multi-unit freehold blocks, commercial, and other specialist products.
Shane Chawatama, sales director at Knowledge Bank, said: “The Specialist Finance Academy is a timely and valuable initiative for brokers looking to deepen their understanding of an increasingly complex market.
“While sourcing systems like ours provide critical support, there’s no substitute for knowledge.
“The Academy will empower brokers to deliver even greater value to their clients.”
Kim McGinley, founder of the Specialist Finance Academy, said: “This partnership just makes sense.
“We’re here to help brokers say yes to more clients – and having Knowledge Bank alongside us gives our members a real advantage.”
