LendInvest Capital has appointed Dan Lohn as relationship manager within its property development team.
Lohn brings more than 10 years of experience as both a development lender and property developer, and joins the business as it looks to support SME developers across the UK.
The team is led by Steve Larkin, managing director for development finance.
Dan Lohn, relationship manager at LendInvest, said: “After knowing Steve and his history in the industry, when he mentioned to me that there might be an upcoming opportunity at LendInvest, I was naturally intrigued.
