Lomond integrates Draker and KFH to expand lettings and property services

Lomond has brought together Draker and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH), combining two London property agencies in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Draker’s client-focused service will sit alongside KFH’s wider London coverage.

This will give clients access to over 60 branches across the capital.

Clients will now see dual branding in offices at Sloane Square, Notting Hill and Fulham & Parsons Green, with Draker’s blue and KFH’s red logos appearing together on property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.

Staff from both firms will now work together, with no changes to familiar faces.

The teams are consolidating locations in Fulham, Parsons Green and Notting Hill.

KFH Fulham and Chelsea will be renamed KFH Fulham Broadway, and Draker Sloane Square joins the KFH network.

Draker clients now have access to a sales division and other services.

John Ennis, chief revenue officer at Lomond, said: “Draker’s reputation for quality and professionalism is second to none.

“This integration offers clients the same exceptional service, now with the added strength of Lomond’s national network and KFH’s London-wide reach.”

Duncan Blakelock, director at KFH, said: “This integration is a strategic move that will provide meaningful benefits to clients of Draker and KFH alike.

“We’re delighted to welcome Draker into the KFH fold, combining their hallmark boutique care with KFH’s wider market expertise, ultimately giving all our clients more exposure, more support and better results.”
