Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) has confirmed the full seminar programme for MBE London 2025, which will take place at the Business Design Centre on 14th October.
The event will once again host the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association’s (FIBA) Specialist Property Finance Club seminars alongside a range of other CPD-accredited sessions.
More than 50 exhibitors will be present at the show, with brokers able to network directly with lenders and providers across residential, commercial, bridging and later life lending.
In addition, attendees will hear from senior industry figures including Rob Elder of the Bank of England, Claire Cherrington of Sesame Bankhall, Richard Beardshaw of HSBC UK, Martin Reynolds of SimplyBiz Mortgages and Jonathan Wilcox of Lloyds Banking Group.
Highlights of the main theatre include a keynote on the Bank of England’s economic outlook, a mortgage market panel, and debates on regulated bridging, first-time buyer support and buy-to-let strategies.
Later life lending and equity release will also feature in Theatre 2, alongside sessions exploring artificial intelligence, fintech and mental health in the mortgage sector.
Theatre 3 will host Google Digital Garage workshops covering practical AI applications, social media and online business development. Market Financial Solutions will also run CPD-accredited specialist lending workshops.
Mike Mikunda, event director for MBE, said: “We are pleased to confirm a full day of seminars for MBE London 2025, with sessions that address the issues brokers are dealing with right now.
“Our thanks to FIBA, Rob Barnard and all our speakers and partners for their support. We look forward to welcoming the market to the Business Design Centre on 14th October.”
Martin Reynolds, chief executive officer of SimplyBiz Mortgages and FIBA chairman, said: “The programme brings together a strong mix of market insight, specialist finance, technology and practical skills.
“It will help brokers benchmark what is happening across residential, buy-to-let and specialist property finance, and take clear ideas back to their businesses.”
