MK2 Real Estate has appointed Gareth Marchment as a director in its property management team.
Marchment joins from KWB, where he was head of property and asset management.
Before that, he spent 15 years at Orbit Property Management Ltd.
At MK2, he will work with head of property management and fellow director Marcello Della Croce, managing the team’s £1.5bn portfolio and looking to bring in new business.
Marchment said: “MK2 has a market leading reputation in the property management sector.
“I’m pleased to be joining at an exciting time for the team, as it continues to grow and expand its presence across the UK.”
Croce said: “MK2’s property management team has grown from two to 25 people in eight years, with a £1.5 billion portfolio of assets under management and 2,000 plus tenants across the UK.
“Gareth’s 20 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of property management and the skills and knowledge he’s obtained over that time will be invaluable as we look to push on to our next phase of growth.”
