PineBridge Benson Elliot appoints Tom Graham as MD of business development

PineBridge Benson Elliot (PBBE), a pan-European real estate private equity specialist, has appointed Tom Graham as a managing director, based in London.

In his newly created role, Graham will be responsible for developing investor relationships and he will work closely with the PineBridge Benson Elliot leadership, alongside the firm’s broader business development team, to drive growth of the Pan-European real estate investment platform.

PBBE said this new hire is a continuation of its ongoing strategy to bring more opportunities to market following the successful close of PBBE’s sixth fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners VI with €500m (£433m) in committed capital as of February 2025.

Including Fund VI, PBBE’s has raised over €4bn (£3.4bn) across its fund series plus a further €650m (£563m) in co-investment capital, representing over two decades of successful investment activity across European markets.

Graham joins the compnay from Aviva Investors, where he was head of private markets equity specialist, leading efforts across real estate and infrastructure equity strategies.

His prior experience spans a range of senior roles across LaSalle, Lazard and Standard Life Investments, bringing two decades of experience in real assets investment, capital raising, and product strategy.

Joseph De Leo, managing partner at PBBE, said: “Tom’s appointment further strengthens our real estate business following the successful close of Fund VI.

“Tom has an excellent track record and relationship network across the European real estate market, and we are looking forward to the impact he will have as we continue to grow and evolve our business.”

Sergio Ramirez, chief revenue officer and head of the Global Client Group, said: ‘Bringing Tom on board reflects our commitment to understanding investor needs.

“His deep knowledge of the European real estate market will enhance our ability to deliver innovative, portfolio-enhancing solutions to clients.’”
