Reward Funding has raised £21,000 for Rainbow Trust, its partner charity in 2025, following a year of dedicated fundraising across its five UK offices alongside the support of business partners and the company’s network.
The funds will help the charity continue providing vital support to families with a child who has a life-threatening or terminal illness.
Throughout the year, Reward Funding and its team members have hosted and taken part in a number of events and activities, including: padel tournaments, 10k’s and marathons, 300km walks over 30 days, charity quizzes, bake sales, along with Halloween and Christmas dress-ups – fundraising at any given opportunity.
Jenny Evans, corporate partnerships fundraiser of Rainbow Trust, said: “The families we work with face unimaginable challenges every single day, which is why the support provided by our Family Support Workers can make such a huge difference.
“A trusted Family Support Worker eases the daily challenges of caring, helps families build resilience, reduces isolation and improves the overall wellbeing of the entire family in the long term.
“With no central government funding, we rely on the support from businesses like Reward.
“Partnerships like this are essential for us to continue our work, and a donation of this scale will provide more than 656 hours of vital support to some of the most vulnerable families in our communities. Thank you, Reward, for making a difference.”
Nick Smith, Reward Funding’s group managing director, said: “Rainbow Trust was a clear choice for Reward this year. Their work to support families in incredibly difficult circumstances is inspiring.
“We’re incredibly proud to contribute to such a meaningful cause and grateful to everyone who donated over the year.”
Robert Still, managing director of Reward Asset Finance, added: “It’s been a privilege to support Rainbow Trust this year.
“Presenting the cheque was a meaningful moment for all of us, and a reflection of the passion and teamwork that went into every fundraising activity.’’
