Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS (pictured) has been elected to join the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) presidential team as senior vice president for 2026.
She will start her term on 1st January 2026.
Eickermann-Riepe has a background as a civil engineer and has worked in senior roles in the surveying and real estate sectors for 40 years, including 18 years as a partner at PwC WP GmbH.
She is currently chair of the RICS European world regional board and a member of the global members committee at RICS.
Eickermann-Riepe also holds positions as chair of the board at ICG Institute, member of the supervisory board at Austrian Real Estate GmbH, and non-executive director at CTP N.V.
Her other board positions include member of the sustainability board at BIG, chair of the real estate commission at DGNB, member of the global leadership board at Future Place, member of the advisory board at DREA, and deputy chair of the real estate commission at DVFA.
Eickermann-Riepe will serve as senior vice president for one year, then become president elect in 2027 and RICS president in 2028.
