Sphere Group expands team with two key appointments

Birmingham property developer, Sphere Group, has made two key appointments as it continues to grow.

Stuart Eustace (pictured, left) has joined as development director, bringing experience from previous roles at Argent, Knight Frank and CBRE.

Eustace will focus on delivering projects across all stages, especially site appraisal, deal structuring and land acquisition, and will also support new development and investment opportunities.

Raiany Rodrigues (pictured, right) has also joined as assistant development manager.

Rodrigues recently completed a master’s degree in architecture and will help deliver projects from design stage feasibility, site surveys and investigations, through to planning, monitoring and reporting on contractor progress.

Eustace and Rodrigues join Rob Bould, who was recently announced as non-executive director and board member following the company’s rebrand from Court Collaboration to Sphere Group.

Alex Neale, CEO at Sphere, said: “It’s an exciting time for the business and we’ve got some real talent on our hands with our new team members.

“Stuart’s experience and all-round expertise will add value across every aspect of Sphere’s projects, while Raiany brings fresh insight and new approaches that will benefit us no end as she learns more about the industry and the challenges we face.

“Their skills really complement the existing team and we can’t wait to really get going together under our new brand.”

Bould said: “It’s an exciting challenge and a real pleasure to have joined Sphere.

“Alex and his team have built an enviable reputation in the residential development market in the Midlands, so to share some of my experience with them, in a city where I started my career, is a fantastic opportunity at the start of the next property cycle.”
