Simplify, which provides conveyancing services in the UK, has agreed a partnership with The Property Franchise Group (TPFG).
The deal will see Simplify deliver conveyancing services to TPFG’s network of estate agency brands.
The agreement covers integrated solutions that use data sharing, selling services and conveyancing delivery to improve the customer journey, cut duplication, increase take-up and speed up exchange times.
As part of the deal, TPFG’s brands will have access to Simplify’s transferable ID/AML product, which is designed to remove duplication, reduce costs for customers, make onboarding quicker and help agents secure more conveyancing business.
