Avamore has announced the appointment of Adam Butler, director of sales and marketing, to its board, marking the next step in his nearly six-year journey with the business.
Butler joined Avamore in April 2020 during a period of market disruption and has since played a key role in rebuilding the lender’s market presence.
He has led the origination team, mentored junior colleagues, and contributed to the company’s operating committee, Hexagon.
His promotion to director of sales and marketing in early 2025 recognised his sales performance and broader involvement in marketing strategy, including a record origination month in July.
As a board member, Butler will contribute to Avamore’s strategy in product development, technology, and broker relations.
He will also focus on expanding the lender’s relationship management function to support origination growth and maintain service standards for brokers and borrowers.
