“Working alongside my new colleagues, I’m looking forward to supporting both public and private sector clients to deliver meaningful, place-based change through social impact advice that’s fully aligned with wider project objectives and Avison Young’s strategic, development, and planning expertise.”

Jo Davis, principal and UK executive chair at Avison Young, said: “Jasmine’s appointment is part of a wider focus for Avison Young.

“Being able to advise on social impact is crucial for our clients to help them futureproof in today’s world.

“Social impact can be a vital driver of place-based regeneration, and Jasmine’s role gives us a real competitive advantage to help our clients create meaningful, long-term value through placemaking.”

Nicola Rigby, head of place strategy at Avison Young, said: “Jasmine is a rising talent, and we’re thrilled to have her join the London place advisory team, bringing her wealth of social impact experience to a client-facing role that will directly shape our place strategy offering.

“I’m very much looking forward to seeing the impact that Jasmine has within the team, integrating her robust approach to social impact from the outset.”
