British Offsite has appointed Paul Carter (pictured) as delivery director, bringing extensive experience in managing large, multi-phased developments to the offsite construction specialist.
Carter joins from Mount Anvil, where he served as project director on major London regeneration schemes, including Royal Eden Docks and Queens Cross, part of the ExCel estate redevelopment.
Over his career, he has delivered projects in high-density urban environments and earned multiple NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards, including a Seal of Excellence at this year’s London region awards.
At British Offsite, Carter will play a key role in delivering projects using the company’s UNisystem.
Carter said: “I’m delighted to be joining British Offsite at such an exciting time for the company.
“The team is very knowledgeable and innovative, with British Offsite’s unique products helping to transform timelines and deliver sustainable, efficient solutions that have revolutionised traditional construction. I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
Shaun Weston, managing director at British Offsite, added: “We are excited to have Paul Carter onboard at British Offsite.
“In the last 12 months we have secured multiple high value deals on a diverse portfolio of sites, and Paul’s invaluable experience in managing busy sites and delivering units in a timely, safe manner with the utmost professionalism is exactly what we need to help us progress.”
