Chartway Partnerships Group has signed a contract with VIVID and MTP Developments Ltd to deliver 149 new homes in Chertsey, Surrey.
The 7.2-hectare site at Green Lane has full planning permission and will provide a mix of private sale, affordable rent and Shared Ownership homes.
The project includes landscaping, green open spaces and better pedestrian and cycle routes.
New infrastructure will bring updated utilities, drainage and safe road access.
Construction is expected to start mid-2026, with Chartway leading the work.
The site was acquired from MTP Developments Ltd.
