CISI has appointed Rosie Glazebrook, Susan Daniel MCSI, and Nicholas Garnish, Chartered MCSI, to the board of trustees.
The board is made up of non-executive directors in senior roles across the financial services sector, with members elected for three years or appointed by the board.
Glazebrook is a senior independent director at Make UK and chairs the nominations and remuneration committee.
She has held previous board roles at the Food Standards Agency, General Optical Council, Book Aid International, and others, following a commercial career in publishing and media.
Glazebrook recently joined the advisory board of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, where she was chief executive until June 2025.
She has a strong interest in standards, regulation and ethics.
Daniel has over 37 years of experience in leadership roles in the UK, Oman and the UAE, focusing on governance, risk management, internal audit and compliance.
She is founder and chief executive of Aquilae Consulting.
She was previously chief risk officer for ADQ and chief risk and assurance officer for Oman Investment Authority, where she led risk frameworks for sovereign wealth funds and portfolio companies.
At PwC, Daniel was a founding member of the Gulf Corporation Council board directors institute and led on board committees, internal audit and risk management.
She is active in events on risk management, governance, compliance and fraud risks.
Garnish is head of treasury for Europe, Asia and Australia at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in London.
He was previously global COO for collateral and liquidity management at LCH Clearnet and managing director, treasurer and global head of foreign exchange at Jefferies.
He is a chartered member of CISI, a fellow and chartered manager of the Chartered Management Institute, and a court member of the Worshipful Company of Bakers.
Garnish has served as a governor at both state and independent schools, chairing the finance and property committee.
