Grosvenor appoints Jamie Whitty-Lewis as CEO of UK property business

Grosvenor has appointed Jamie Whitty-Lewis as CEO of its UK property business, effective from 1st December 2025.

Whitty-Lewis will take over from James Raynor, who became CEO of Grosvenor’s international property business in September.

Whitty-Lewis has held roles across several parts of Grosvenor, including group reporting director, strategy director and head of finance for the London estate.

He has overseen financial management of the London estate, strategic planning, and valuations for the UK property business.

Whitty-Lewis is currently executive director of finance and was set to become CFO in April 2026.

Following his move to CEO, Debbie Lee will remain as CFO until a successor is found, before succeeding Rob Davis, Grosvenor’s retiring CFO, in summer 2026.

Whitty-Lewis said: “I am honoured to take up the role of CEO of Grosvenor Property UK and to be given the opportunity to build on the commercial success we have achieved in recent years, the environmental leadership we have demonstrated and the strength of the partnerships we have forged.

“We have some outstanding projects to deliver, including the creation of South Molton, London’s West End’s largest mixed-use development and the transformation of Grosvenor Square.

“Through a significant voluntary contribution, this will create a biodiverse urban garden while providing wide-ranging benefit to the West End.”

Whitty-Lewis added: “I am also excited about the further growth of our private credit business, funding projects that boost housing supply and help decarbonise the built environment.

“It is a great privilege to lead such a talented team, and I am excited for everything that we can achieve together.”

Raynor said: “I am delighted to have Jamie succeed me in the role of CEO of our UK property business.

“He has a deep understanding of our London Estate, having been responsible for its financial management; wide-ranging experience and expertise built in a variety of roles, including as Grosvenor Reporting Director, and a natural leadership style that I am confident will guide the business through its continued growth trajectory, supported by an exceptionally strong executive team.”
