Just Mortgages has appointed Alan Finney (pictured) as divisional sales director for its new build and shared ownership team.
Finney brings over 30 years of financial services experience, most recently with Coventry Building Society.
In his new role, Finney will focus on growing and managing the specialist new build and shared ownership team, which has over 30 advisers.
He will also help maintain relationships with lenders, developers and housing associations.
Finney said: “After a successful two decades with Coventry Building Society, I’m thrilled to be taking on a new challenge with Just Mortgages.
“In my initial conversations with the team, it quickly became clear that this was an exciting opportunity and a good next move in my career to explore a new area of the market and work with a really talented team.
