Lambert Smith Hampton appoints Jack Realey as director to boost London and South East growth

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Jack Realey as director, enhancing the firm’s landlord advisory expertise across London and the South East.

Realey joins from Frost Meadowcroft, where he was a director specialising in office leasing and development consultancy.

At Frost Meadowcroft, Realey delivered several high-profile leasing transactions, including Power Road Studios for Feldberg Capital, Shortlands and Fulham Centre for Romulus, and the Chiswick Building for Schroders. His client base also included major institutional investors such as AXA, KFIM and Federated Hermes.

In his new role, Realey will focus on landlord instructions across the South East, with a particular emphasis on expanding LSH’s West London portfolio while supporting activity in central London where markets overlap.

He said: “I’m thrilled to share the news I have joined Lambert Smith Hampton as a Director. LSH has a long-standing reputation for innovation, integrity and delivering exceptional results and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of real estate across the UK.”

Peter Musgrove, national head of office advisory at LSH, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jack to the team. His track record of delivering significant leasing successes for some of the UK’s leading landlords and investors will further strengthen our market presence in London and the South East. Jack’s energy, expertise and relationships make him a fantastic addition to LSH.”

Realey’s appointment underscores Lambert Smith Hampton’s commitment to providing market-leading advisory services and driving continued growth across London and key regional office markets.
