LHV Bank has expanded its lending division with the appointment of two lending operations managers, Olivia Carling and Emma Wright, and two lending managers, Dassos Alexandrou and James Murphy.
Carling joins after more than two years as a completions officer at Shawbrook Bank.
Based in Manchester, she will be responsible for overseeing the smooth progression of deals through to completion, ensuring brokers and their clients experience efficient and transparent service at every stage.
Wright brings extensive case management experience from her time at Lloyds Banking Group.
She will focus on managing complex cases and coordinating closely with underwriters to help brokers deliver timely outcomes for their clients.
Alexandrou specialises in commercial real estate investment and trading loans, following roles as portfolio manager for Reliance Bank and credit administrator at Monument.
He will be working directly with brokers to structure facilities that meet the needs of UK SMEs and property investors.
Murphy previously spent more than eight years at Santander UK in roles spanning credit risk and relationship management.
In his new role, he will focus on developing broker relationships in the North West, using his background in business and real estate lending to provide pragmatic support for complex transactions.
Conor McDermott, director of SME lending at LHV Bank, said: “Brokers want to know that the lenders they work with have the right people in place to get deals done.
“Bringing Olivia, Emma, Dassos and James into the team gives us additional expertise across both front-end structuring and back-office operations. That combination is vital in a market where speed, certainty and service are paramount.
“These appointments show our focus on working with brokers to deliver commercial real estate and trading loans that help their clients grow.
“With operations managers keeping cases moving and lending managers on the ground to structure facilities, we are well placed to continue building strong broker partnerships throughout the UK.”
