MorganAsh enhances MARS for greater customisation and integration

MorganAsh has updated its MorganAsh Resilience System (MARS) to give firms more options for customising vulnerability assessments and using the platform in different sectors.

MARS now offers tailored versions and settings for each industry, including mortgages, financial advice, credit, debt, building societies and insurance.

Companies can use the recommended assessment sets or change them to fit their clients’ needs.

The latest updates let MARS link up with existing systems through modern application programming interfaces (APIs), so companies can use it as a standalone tool or integrate specific features into their own customer portals, platforms and customer relationship management systems (CRMs).

This means firms can add vulnerability assessments and monitoring to their customer journeys without disrupting current systems.

Earlier upgrades included new algorithms for recording and measuring clients who face more than one vulnerability or life event, like moving house or separating, and still provide a single Resilience Rating.

There are also features to track support recommendations, adoption of suggested support and show vulnerability data for households as well as individuals.

Andrew Gething (pictured), managing director at MorganAsh, said: “Rather than a static system, MARS continues to benefit from a full range of developments and upgrades.

“Alongside our own pipeline of enhancements, we stay close to our clients and users and welcome feedback to ensure the system offers what they need.

“Following our major upgrade to better track multiple vulnerabilities, it is great to unveil further improvements that make MARS more flexible than ever to work with any financial services company.”

Gething added: “Customising our approach to assessments means we can be flexible to the needs and requirements of businesses in every sector, while enhancing integration means we can equip more firms with powerful vulnerability management with minimal friction.

“As a standalone platform or integrated into existing systems, firms unlock the benefits of MARS, whether it’s consistency of data and reporting, recommendations of support needs, benchmarking against peers – all in a way that is secure, GDPR compliant and delivers a real competitive advantage.”
