National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge celebrate excellence as final winners announced

The winners of the 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge have been revealed, celebrating excellence and achievement across the sector.

Hosted in London at the iconic Underglobe, Bankside, the event brought together leading brokers, lenders and industry partners from across the UK to recognise outstanding performance, innovation and service in the second charge mortgage market.

Led by celebrity host Jeff Stelling, the evening included dinner, drinks and dancing for nominees and other second charge industry professionals.

The prestigious Broker of the Year title was awarded to Loan.co.uk, presented by Jigar Patel of United Trust Bank, with Fluent Money highly commended.

Interbridge Mortgage was named Lender of the Year, presented by Paul Hunt of Square 1 Media, with Pepper Money highly commended.

The evening concluded with the Hall of Fame inductions, celebrating individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the second charge industry: David Johnson, Marc Goldberg, and Andy Turner.
