Ringley Group launches technical property management division

Ringley Group has launched a technical property management division to manage complex property issues driven by new legislative demands for building owners. 

Karl Bradley, who has been with the group since 2018, will lead the team. 

The division will address requirements from the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Building Safety Act 2022, bringing together facilities management, compliance, fire safety, and building safety work.

Bradley plans to expand the team over the next year to cover both commercial and residential sites and meet the needs of institutional clients. 

The aim is to allocate a technical officer to each operational site. 

Technical officers will be responsible for plant maintenance, planned preventive maintenance, fire door inspections, fire risk assessments, procurement of remedial works, and support with landlord certificates. 

Each managed client will also have access to an accountant, legal officer, and property manager.

The division will support new build warranty and developer claims, and centralise procurement and organisation of EWS1 and PAS9980 surveys for fire safety.
