Thomson Snell & Passmore grows real estate team with seven new hires

Thomson Snell & Passmore has expanded its real estate team with seven new starters over recent months, as part of ongoing growth plans led by Richard Ellard, head of real estate at the firm.

New starters include Caroline O’Dwyer as senior associate, Elaine Holland as legal executive, Anthony White and Jemima Carter as solicitors, and Alex Potts, Nell Hanslip-Ward and Matilda Christopher-Waite as paralegals.

These appointments will work across the development, commercial real estate, and real estate finance teams with Sarah Easton, Joanne Wright and Matthew Grogan.

Ellard said: “We have ambitious plans for the Real Estate department and these appointments are a key step in enabling us to achieve these. It is great to welcome them all to the firm.

“They will help add further strength to our already excellent offering, as we continue to anticipate and exceed the needs of our clients against a back-drop of near constant legislative change and economic uncertainty.”
