Turner & Townsend has made three senior appointments to its Yorkshire cost management team to strengthen its UK real estate business.
Mark Morris joins as director and cost centre lead, Michael Teggin as director and UK regions retail lead, and Timothy Shaw as director.
All three will be based in Leeds.
Morris brings over 20 years of experience from roles at Gardiner & Theobald, Arup, and HM Treasury.
He will lead the cost and commercial management team, focusing on cost and carbon analysis, and support major regeneration and public sector investment in the region.
Teggin has joined with a background in delivering for national and global retail clients, having started out at Rex Procter & Partners and worked as UK & Ireland retail business director at Arcadis.
He will lead retail growth across the UK and focus on service delivery and expansion.
Shaw has experience in public sector estates, education, and healthcare, both in consultancy and contracting.
He will lead service delivery in local government and health, and help grow the real estate team.
