Bentry Capital appoints Savills and CBRE to lead sales at £100m Angel Village scheme

Bentry Capital has appointed global agents Savills and CBRE to lead the sales programme for Angel Village, the investor-developer’s £100m GDV flagship Zone 1 scheme in Islington.

The appointment comes ahead of the highly anticipated launch of the first homes in early 2026.

Located off City Road in Clerkenwell, the gated 1.7-acre development will comprise 130 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with 88 homes in Phase 1 starting from £525,000.

Angel Village is an office-to-residential conversion set behind a series of arches, designed to create a quiet, leafy enclave within one of London’s most connected neighbourhoods. Amenities will include an on-site concierge and secure underground parking.

Bentry Capital has partnered with interior architects Ademchic to redesign the space into modern, light-filled homes, with construction overseen by the firm’s in-house contractor Mellior Group.

The developer said the project will be the first opportunity for buyers to see the standards and specification it is delivering across its wider £500m GDV portfolio in London and regional cities.
