Celnor Group has appointed Gillian Bonthron as group chief financial officer (CFO).
Bonthron joins Celnor with more than 25 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles across a range of industries, including positions at Mitie Group plc, KPMG, Smiths News plc, and Telent Technology Services Limited.
Prior to joining Celnor, she led the sale of Telent to CVC backed M-Group.
Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles including Finance Director M&A at Mitie Group plc and Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, where she was responsible for executing cross-border acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, and leveraged transactions.
Bonthron said: “I’m delighted to be joining Celnor at such an exciting stage in its growth journey.
