Dexters will take on up to 200 new recruits through the DEXTERS Academy during 2026 as part of its continued expansion and focus on developing talent.
Founded in 1993 and led by CEO Ash Kashyap, working alongside chairman Justin King CBE, Dexters is London’s fastest-growing estate agency, employing more than 2,500 people across 180 offices in the capital.
The company continues to invest heavily in training and professional qualifications to provide long-term career progression opportunities for its colleagues.
Since its launch in 2017, the DEXTERS Training Academy has helped more than 560 employees begin their estate agency careers with apprenticeships and professional development programmes.
Over 400 team members now hold Propertymark certifications, and a further 100 are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The firm said this focus on qualifications ensures clients receive consistently high standards of professional advice across London.
Dexters said it is well placed to meet proposed Government standards for mandatory qualifications and will continue to raise the bar for professionalism in the industry.
New recruits joining through the academy will work alongside qualified senior leaders across London, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.
