Fiduciam appoints Clinton Moseley as COO and CFO

Fiduciam has hired Clinton Moseley (pictured) as chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO) as the business expands.

Moseley has over 20 years’ experience in senior roles, most recently as managing director of global data services at Confluence.

Before that, he spent nearly 18 years at UBS, holding several chief operating officer positions in investment banking, focusing on regulatory and operational risk management.

Moseley said: “I have been watching from afar as Johan and the team at Fiduciam have been building an impressive business with a strong sense of purpose and innovation.

“I am therefore thrilled to be joining as chief operating officer to help scale the company further, strengthen its operational foundation, and support its continued growth in the years ahead.”

Johan Groothaert, CEO at Fiduciam, said: “With Clinton joining us, we bring in the experience and expertise of a seasoned investment banking COO.

“Clinton and I had the benefit of working together at UBS during some very challenging times for its investment banking division, and his addition to the team will allow me to spend more time with clients and on growing our business.

“Clinton’s extensive financial and operational expertise, combined with his experience leading high-performance teams in global environments, will be invaluable as Fiduciam continues its growth journey. We are delighted to have him on board.”
