Foundation Home Loans cuts residential rates and expands green mortgage range

Foundation Home Loans has made changes to its residential range, including rate reductions of up to 0.20% and the launch of eight new products. 

The lender has refreshed its green residential mortgage range, now offering a £500 cashback on completion instead of a free valuation. 

The green products, for properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A to C, are now available across all credit tiers from F1 to F4. 

Selected rates have dropped across F1–F4 core, remortgage, EPC saver, joint borrower sole proprietor (JBSP), professionals and key worker products. 

Product highlights now include F1 remortgage products reduced by up to 0.15%, with rates from 5.49% and a £595 fee. 

Some F1 core 5-year fixed rates have dropped by up to 0.10% at higher loan-to-values (LTVs). 

New green products have launched for F1 and F2, with a 2-year fix at 5.29% up to 65% LTV and a 5-year fix at 5.59% up to 75% LTV, both with a £595 fee and £500 cashback.

Green products have also been launched for F3 and F4 at 75% LTV, with rates from 5.89% and 6.19% respectively, and a £595 fee plus £500 cashback. 

F1 EPC saver products are now reduced by up to 0.20%, with rates from 5.64%, a £995 fee and £1,000 cashback. 

F1 and F2 JBSP products are down by up to 0.15%, with rates from 5.84% and a £995 fee. 

F3 and F4 products have also been reduced by up to 0.20%, with starting rates of 5.84% and 6.14%.
