Mortgage broker MB Associates has appointed Les Pick (pictured right) as sales & operations director.
Pick brings 27 years of financial services experience, including 17 years in financial advice and 10 years in lending.
He joins from LiveMore, where he was director of sales for mortgages and equity release.
Before joining MB Associates, Pick held a senior role at Canada Life, where he delivered later life lending training to advisers.
He has also worked at more2life, leading sales teams.

“Monica has built a great business with a solid foundation for future growth.
