Mortgage Brain has strengthened its customer success team with the appointment of two new customer success administrators.
Richard Bethune-Wright (pictured, left) and Ashley Cope (pictured, right) have joined the business to support the ongoing migration of existing users from legacy systems to the newest versions of Mortgage Brain’s product suite, as well as to assist with onboarding new clients to the company’s all-in-one Mortgage Brain Hub platform.
Cope brings a customer services background alongside managerial experience in catering and hospitality.
She has also held digital marketing roles and spent several years volunteering with social mobility charity Digilearning, where she created social media content.
Bethune-Wright joins with more than two decades of experience in financial services, having previously held customer success roles at Acre Software, Constantia Wealth & Finance and Trussle, in addition to a number of mortgage administration positions.
