The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) has been recognised with two accolades at the 2025 Association Excellence Awards, highlighting its continued leadership within the commercial finance industry.
The Association was named winner of Best Membership Support and received silver in the Best Longstanding Association Event category for its flagship NACFB Commercial Finance Expo.
The Best Membership Support award acknowledges the NACFB’s commitment to serving brokers and lender patrons through tailored guidance, compliance assistance, advocacy and practical tools designed to strengthen the commercial finance community.
Judges praised the Association for its consistent and proactive support across all sizes and types of member firms and patrons.
The NACFB Commercial Finance Expo, held annually at Birmingham’s NEC, earned its silver award for the continued success and innovation of the UK’s largest commercial finance trade show.
Judges cited the event’s strong exhibitor relationships, sustained relevance and importance to the wider industry.
NACFB chief executive Jim Higginbotham said: “What makes this so meaningful is that it reflects who we are as a team.
“Supporting our members isn’t a function or a department – it’s in everything we do, for every broker and patron we represent.
“We don’t go the extra mile because it looks good, we do it because this industry genuinely matters to us.
“Whether it’s our events, finance or membership teams, there’s a real pride in serving the intermediary community and helping it thrive.”
The wins follow the NACFB’s success at the 2023 awards, where it was named Association of the Year.
