PM Data Services has launched Genie, a standalone buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgage sourcing tool aimed at individual advisers and small brokerages.
Genie was built to cut the time brokers spend checking criteria and running affordability calculations.
The platform brings together product pricing, lender criteria and lender-specific affordability rules in one search.
With one case entry, Genie reviews thousands of BTL products from over 100 lenders across the UK, including standard BTL, expat mortgages, holiday lets, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs) and large-portfolio landlords.
The tool applies lender rules on tax status, personal income, limited company borrowing and portfolio size.
Brokers receive a prioritised list of options, showing maximum loan amounts, total costs, fees and early redemption charges.
Angus Stewart, CEO at PM Data Services, said: “For individual brokers, time is their most valuable asset.
“Genie has been built from the ground up to remove the pain of Buy-to-Let sourcing, giving advisers the confidence of institutional-grade accuracy without the cost or complexity.
“It lets them focus on what they do best – advising clients and winning business.”
