Quilter has appointed Sam Christopher (pictured) as proposition director, with Christopher set to join in December 2025 and report to Steve Gazard, chief distribution officer.
She joins from 7IM, where she was head of platform, managing platform service, experience and proposition development.
Christopher brings over 20 years’ experience in platform, wealth and advice, with senior roles at 7IM, Fidelity International, M&G Plc and L&G.
Her background covers platform and adviser technology as well as regulatory changes.
Christopher said: “Quilter has achieved impressive growth in recent years, and its platform, investment and advice propositions are highly regarded across the industry.
“I’m excited to be joining the team and helping to build on this success, working closely with advisers to ensure their evolving needs are met.”
