Raymond James Wealth Management has appointed Martina Kay as group chief people officer (CPO).
Kay will be responsible for people strategy across both Raymond James Investment Services and Charles Stanley as the firms continue to bring their leadership teams together.
She will also join the Raymond James Wealth Management Group Executive Committee.
Kay joins from Legal & General Investment Management, where she was Global HR Director.
She has held senior roles at UBS, Schroders and BlackRock, and has experience integrating businesses and leading transformation programmes.
Kay has also worked with the Investment Association, chairing the HR Committee.
